Brad Fercho | CEO
Brad Fercho is an accomplished medical products and services executive with over 30 years of healthcare experience. His 18-year career with Mallinckrodt, Inc. included positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and operations concluding with President of the $1 billion Medical Products Group. Brad was a member of the “Deal Team” that successfully sold Mallinckrodt to Tyco in October 2000 for $4.3 Billion resulting in a 73 percent share value increase.
After Mallinckrodt, he served 10 years as a management team member of 3 venture capital and private equity companies focusing on sales, marketing, and operations. Among his many accomplishments was the successful Stryker acquisition of Everest Biomedical in 2006.
Brad founded Fercho and Associates in 2010 to provide healthcare consulting services focusing on medical devices, services, and operations. Brad is a Managing Partner with MDR (Fresno, CA) and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of HMS Health (St. Louis, MO) and Anecare (Salt Lake City, UT).
Brad has a BS Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University and has completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan.
Laura Outlaw | Chief Operating Officer & Chief Clinical Officer
Laura Outlaw has over 20 years of healthcare experience. She has served as a clinical nurse, Director of Nursing and has held several healthcare related operational roles outside of the clinical environment. Laura has extensive knowledge in the areas of reimbursement and denial management, case management, utilization review, safety programs, and population health clinical quality metrics/outcomes measurements.
For the last 10 years, her focus has been on individuals with substance abuse and psychiatric diagnosis. In addition to her nursing background, she has five years of utilization management experience at a free-standing psychiatric hospital.
As COO and CCO of TriTanium, Laura manages operations, clinical programs and delivery with healthcare facilities.
Laura is a registered nurse, member of the International Society on Addictions, acting President of the Missouri Chapter of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and a member of the Addictions Council Advisory Panel for the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
Laura has a BS Nursing from the University of Missouri and an MS Health Management from Lindenwood University.
